Simple JTTY app for macOS

The JTTY application I made for Linux uses the QT6 framework. I could have built this for macOS but thought it would hurt my eyes so I've made a native macOS version.

It does depend on hamlib for rig control. I install it with homebrew. At the moment this is left as an exercise for the reader - as they say.
