We watch a lot of low definition video around here - and while content is king, it's great to see something both content rich and high definition.For the first time, this evening, I watched the BBC Earth BluRay disk and it is really stunning.
5 years to make, 45 camera people, 2000 days in the field, 204 locations, 62 countries, every continent.
I have no idea how they did it or how the stabilised all the shots from the air but I can heartily recommend it.
